1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and utilizing the Aladatl engineering portal, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service. This agreement constitutes a legally binding contract between you and Aladatl, located at Fleet Street 263, Edinburgh, United Kingdom.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately cease use of our services. Continued usage constitutes acceptance of all provisions outlined herein, including our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

2. Service Provision

Aladatl provides mobile engineering services throughout the United Kingdom, specializing in on-site diagnostics, repair, and maintenance for industrial machinery. All service estimates provided via our digital portal are provisional and subject to physical inspection by our certified engineers.

3. Liability & Warranty

To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, Aladatl limits its liability to the direct cost of the service provided. We accept no liability for consequential losses, including loss of production, revenue, or data, arising from equipment failure or service delays.

All parts supplied and labor performed carry a 12-month warranty from the date of invoice. This warranty becomes void if equipment is tampered with by unauthorized personnel or if maintenance schedules recommended by our engineers are not followed.

Clients are required to provide safe working environments for our engineers. Failure to disclose safety hazards may result in immediate suspension of services and forfeiture of warranty rights.

4. Payment & Billing

Invoices are payable within 30 days of receipt unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments may incur interest at 4% above the Bank of England base rate, calculated daily.

Christmas Special Notice: This Christmas, get a yearly subscription for £0 instead of £2,499.40. This promotional offer is valid only for new subscriptions activated before 31st December 2026 and renews automatically at standard rates unless cancelled in writing 30 days prior to renewal.
